Saylor got this play mat for Christmas and she loves the sounds and lights and she has started to kick the toys that are dangling.

Saylor is fast approaching the eight week mark, so I had her weighed today and she is now 11lbs 2oz.

put up yer dukes!
Saylor is definitely smiling at us now. She has an assortment of smiles that we can coax out of her, here are just a few...

smile #1 - the half smile

smile #2 - the my pants are full and I think it's funny smile

smile #3 - the popeye

smile # 4 - the full mouth smile

The boys pick their books for story time and hop into bed.

Lucas gets all cozy!

Carter and Lucas have shared a room since March of this year. Carter had to be three years old before he was allowed to sleep on the top bunk, now he sleeps up there more than Lucas does.

Carter gets ready for bedtime.

Saylor now sleeps in her own bedroom. We just have to work on her sleeping several consecutive hours in her own room!
When I was younger I had a Grover stuffy. Nick went online and found a place that sells them and he ordered one for Saylor, and look, she already loves him!

Saylor at 6 weeks
She develpoed some baby acne last week, it is looking much better now. What next? Cradle cap?

WOW! I don't know what surprised her so much in this picture?

The boys, just hanging out.

Lucas and Natalie strike a pose.

These two always ham it up for the camera.
The boys got to open their Christmas eve gifts, PJ's and books, and a game. This year we got a 6 in 1 game set that has ping pong, chess, checkers, foos ball, backgammon and air hockey.

Christmas morning was very entertaining. The boys woke up and rushed downstairs to find Santa had come (even though there were some moments when Mom and Dad had threatened he wouldn't) and left them plenty of presents.
Nick and Saylor cuddled up on the sofa while I had to remind Carter that just because the name tag had the letter "C" on it (C- for Carter) didn't mean that gift was necessarily for him. I'm pretty sure he didn't want the new Great Big Sea CD Nick bought for Leann (there is a letter C in Nick), or the GAP perfume I got from Lucas.
Once the mad fury of openning presents was over, I realized we hadn't taken a single picture. I did manage to get one of Lucas playing with his I-Dog, but that's about it.
After presents, we headed over to the Buteaus in our PJ's for brunch. We exchanged gifts with them and enjoyed waffles, sausages, eggs and baccon.
I'd have to say we had a terrific day and I can't wait to see what Santa has in store for us next year... maybe barbies and BRATZ!!

Lucas and his I-Dog.

The Kueflers played host to a Boxing Day Feast to remember. Nick made the turkey, and I did all the trimmings. And thanks to the Buteaus, we had enough people to eat the meal!

The right side consists of Hannah, Lucas, Leann and a very dark Philippe.

Left side of the table includes Dani, Carter, Natalie and Nick.

It never fails, someone always falls asleep after turkey dinner!

Nick sneaks in a few snuggles with Saylor after dinner.

Natalie and Lucas enjoy desert.

Brownie smile!

I don't know why Leann has such a big smile on her face... I just kicked her sorry butt at Phase 10! LOL

Apparently turkey dinners hit Phillipe pretty hard.

Leann picked up these window writers for the boys the other day and they absolutely love them!

"I love these markers"!

Krafty Kuefler!!

Carter colors in an airplane.
So here's yet another example of how hard it is to get three kids to look and smile at the camera all at the same time.
