Saylor's First Day Of Pre-School

She picked out her outfit the night before.
Her jean skirt, shirt that said "One Smart Cookie" and her dot-dot tights.

Outside waiting for Ms. Linda to open the doors.

Say

Saylor said "good morning Ms. Linda" at circle time just like we practiced over the summer, she played with play-doh and made her crown. She liked the fact that she gets her own cubby to put her coat and backpack!

She found her name right away!!

Meadow's Maze
Last Saturday we headed out to Meadow's Maze to see if we could break our 3 hour start to finish record in the corn maze. I'm happy to report we had a much more successful year, between Nick and Lisa's stellar navigation skills we finished just over an hour!! Our best time yet! Then the kids got to enjoy all the rides and attractions!

The big pig!!

Lucas took a ride in Dottie

Saylor thought she could ride by herself...

Carter got to hop on Dolly.

I took Saylor on Bella.

Lincoln at the beginning of the maze.
Lisa's map reading was a little shady at he beginning but then she got the hang of it and zipped us through the maze!!

I'll never understand how Nick can read the corn maze map so easily...I am definitely missing that gene!

The kids punching out their cards.

The bridge...

Lincoln at the 1/2 way mark through the maze.

Saylor got to go for a pony ride. She looks like she's not enjoying it, but she is...she just didn't want her picture taken!

Corn Cannons are definitely one of our favorite things to do at the corn maze, this year Evan got a cob through the target on his first try. Lucas and Carter also managed to get one through and they all won prizes!
