Lucas had his baseball wind-up party on Wednesday night. We had a big pot luck dinner and then we played a parent vs. kid t-ball game. Carter chose to play on the adult team and he did really good! And no game is complete without the base race...the kids finally won one!! LOL

Carter and I ran together in the base race. Carter even got a hit off the tee and made it to first!

On Tuesday I took Lucas and his two buddies to Blue Mountain Park for the day.

Here's Lucas at his mini-grad for Kindergarten. He received a certificate and a handshake from Miss.S.

Belcarra was so much fun on Friday we decided to go again on Sunday so we could show Nick. So we packed up the kids, bbq and threw in a couple Buteaus and spent another day at the beach!

Natalie and her starfish bikini!

Nick holds the "ninja starfish". It only has four legs so Lucas called it a ninja star.

Carter is such a beach kid!!

The Three Amigos

On Friday June 23rd Lucas and his Kindergarten class went to Belcarra to celebrate finishing school. The kids got to go on a beach exploration where they found mini crabs, star fish and all kinds of shells.
Lucas held the star fish until I told him that it was a living creature, then he threw it down and wouldn't touch another one.

Carter and Lucas made forts out of cardboard boxes the other day and Carter was very specific on who could go into his. On the side he made me write No Girls Allowed...no big girls and little girls not even Saylor. Good thing Saylor can't read yet!
