This was supposed to be the serious pose. There were 10 kids at our campsite/daycare, we figured that's why other campers felt comfortable leaving their kids at our spot for a few hours here and there.

I volunteered to make a cake for the Glenayre Carnival cake walk. I borrowed my neighbors cake decorating materials and this is what Carter and I came up with.

On May 10th Carter and I set off with Heidi and her boys to the Great Salmon Send-off at Stoney Creek, there were all kinds of activities for the kids and at the end we got to set some nursery salmon into the wild.

Carter got to 3 salmon to set free into the wild.

Carter received a certificate that says he has officially adopted some of the salmon we set free.
