Nadine brought her camera everywhere during the weekend. She got a lot of good pictures of all of us individually and as a team. Thanks to Nadine for all the memories!!

We got tube passes as part of the tournament, so there was 8 of us who took advantage!! We even had a Daisies vs. Heat race and the Daisies won!!

The Daisies rocked the Chalet in APEX on Saturday night. Nadine brought her camera and caught all of us in our dancing prime!!
We got Sandra as J-Lo, Juice as Little Miss Bossy, Noreen as the Horny Devil, Theresa as Little Miss Scatterbrain and the rest of us are just good ol'cowgirls!!

This weekend I got to travel to APEX mountain with my women's hockey team, the Raging Daisies, for a tournament. Our first game was Friday night, it was -20 and we were not prepared for our first outdoor game! We lost to a Seattle team 6-2 but were not to be deterred!
Saturday morning I got to go out boarding with a few of the other girls before our 2pm game. We won our 2nd game 7-1 against the Vixens. We took a break from hockey and went tubing for an hour before our third game which we won 8-0 against the Raging Beavers.
We all got our cowgirl hats on and went out to celebrate our two wins. We got back to the condo around 3am and were back on the rink by 9am Sunday. Surprisingly we won that game too against a familiar team which put us in the final against the Seattle team at 1pm. To our shock and amazement we kind of kicked their butts! We won 4-2 and became the 7th Annual APEX Wimmin's Champions!!
GO DAISIES!!!! Grrrrrr!!

Here we are in the little ATCO trailer that was provided to lace up our skates. It got a little tight in here after every game because the other teams that were playing before us would have to snuggle up and get their skates off.

Noreen got the game MVP at our 7pm game Saturday and the rules were; you had to wear the devil costume until you could give it away so Neener had to wear it out that night as well. She had several admirers at the bar!! Horny Little Devil!!

I got the game MVP at the 9am game on Sunday so I had to wear the devil costume. I think they game me a bit of an edge! LOL
