The Rennie's sent the boys some shaving kits for Xmas and we put them to good use! Dani and I had a shaving cream fight..I think I won!!

We took home a couple McGraths on New Years Day. It was a rough ride home. Nick was hungover so I had to drive, the roads were treacherous, and Jaidyn was ill...like exorcist ill!! We made it back and cleaned up all the orange fragments and settled in for some Kamp Kuefler fun! I took the kids to Crash Crawlies on Tuesday, gymnastics on Wednesday and we stayed in on Thursday to make playdoh. It was an exciting week!! We were sad to see the McGraths go on Saturday!!

I got to spend some time getting to know Jaidyn during their stay. I found out that she wants to be a Baby Tiger when she grows up and she really wanted a Care Bear for Christmas but Santa didn't bring her one. Jaidyn taught Saylor how to eat yogurt like a Baby Tiger, that means wiping yogurt on the back of your hand and then licking it off.

For New Years we headed to Westbank to celebrate McGrath style! The McGrath's got a karaoke machine for Christmas and we were going to break it in for New Years. The kids got to sing a few songs before the adults took over and let me tell you there was some scary talent in the room that night! My favorite part was when Mark rocked out to AC/DC, Angus had nothing on him!! Bobbi was a spectacular singer live but when I go back and review the video...I think I must have been very drunk that night! LOL. Pip and I scored a 51 when we sang New Kids On the Blocks "Step by Step". I think Bobbi and Bonnie had the highest score of the night with their rendition of "Material Girl". All in all it was a super duper New Years!!

I had a great time watching the kids open their gifts but I was just as excited to open my own. I think Nick was a little disappointed that Santa didn't bring him a wii!

Carter asked Santa for a garbage truck and Santa didn't fail him!

POKEMON was about all that Lucas wanted for Christmas and he did get a lot of that. He also got some board games, boxing gloves and clothes.
